Restaurant bewertenI went to visit during normal business hours and the shop was closed. They had signage for fudge pointing to the gas station. The fudge was prepackaged in flimsy plastic that could easily be tampered with. When I go to a fudge shop, I'm not interested in a stack of fudge that's been sitting out inside a gas station that's been touched by countless people.
This little store is, by FAR, the maker of the best Amaretto fudge. Period. You'll not find a better tasting fudge anywhere in the Smokies. Trust me, we've tried. We've been visiting this store since 1997, and although there have been changes in their menu, the taste and quality of their fudge is the same. Awesome! We love their souveniers too! For us, a visit to the Smokies means: Fudge from this lovely shop.
