Bruegger's Bagels - Town of Penfield

Good bagels. Service was good at a busy time. Automated promotion loaded onto my account didn't give the correct discount. Not the employee's fault.

This place is gross it was a cold sloppy bagel I ordered a plan bagel with cream cheese the bagel was cold and they just slapped a glob of cream cheese on it the used the same knife to spread as they did with the everything bagel so their were seeds in my cream cheese overall it was horrible the place was disgusting and food was horrible if I’m gonna pay 4 dollars for a bagel it should at least taste good Not to mention an employee walked back inside from his smoke break and didn’t change his glove or put his long hair up or in an hairnet luckily he didn’t serve me but overall this place is just nasty

Covid is over. Its time to be able to sit at a table inside.

Sloppy sandwich and difficult to eat due to sloppy assembly. The place was GROSS ? dirty. The cook had long hair, no hair net or gloves handling the bagels while she made them. Floors disgusting and all of the windows gross. Finally, the water bath for the bagels was GAG, FILTHY GROSS AND BROWN WITH things floating in it. Love Brueggers but this location is nasty dirty. Hard pass and id recommend b different location.
