Restaurant bewertenGreat food, cozy restaurant. We stopped by as we were coming back from a family vacation. I want to eat here again next year. Really nice location on the water. I hope to get outdoor seating next time though. When we got there, it was full.
Excellent food and service. Very hot day. No room inside due to reservations. The only complaint I have was that we weren't allowed to raise the table umbrella with the reason being wind. The wind was out of the north at 3Mph gusting to 5mph. On a near90 degree day, the umbrella would have helped. Our water glasses were kept full and the servers were very good.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, although my parents have been there several times. We went there together while out on our motorcycles. The atmosphere was lovely, and the setting was fantastic. A bartender named Eric really impressed us; he took our food and drink orders and served our meals while we watched the football game at the bar. Eric is incredibly talented and attentive, ensuring that we were satisfied, as well as taking care of many other customers. Skippers Landing is an outstanding restaurant, with delicious food and exceptional service. I highly recommend dining here!
I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Skipper's Landing; it had the vibe of a local bar! While passing through town, I decided to stop in for dinner and tried the Scallop and Shrimp Linguine with Cajun Cream Sauce— it was fantastic! I also ordered a loaf of fresh-baked Italian bread with butter, which was a delightful way to start the meal. The fireplaces added a cozy ambiance, making it a warm and inviting place. I imagine it would be a great spot to visit in the summer as well!
The experience here is fantastic, but I have one suggestion: it would be helpful to include a list of drink options on the menu as well. The Alfredo, however, is excellent!
