Shamim Perfect Fried Chicken

To be concise: This restaurant is good for its type of dining establishments. The £1 children's meal is delicious and one of the best in Tower Hamlets. The fries are actually edible compared to others that are dry and burnt. The sauces are nothing special, just regular ketchup and mayo. The wings are average and slightly gritty, but this is only on the skin. Overall, Shamim's is better tasting in my opinion.

This restaurant offers great value and quality. I highly recommend coming here, the owner is really nice and the delivery service is satisfactory. I especially recommend it for those who love chips and wings as they were amazing. There was a period when the wings didn't meet the high standards, but they have improved and are back on track now.

Every time I try to place an order at this restaurant, they always put me on hold. They say to wait for just 1 minute, but instead of taking my order, they are taking orders from people who are physically at the counter. I have been patient for so long, but today I finally reached my limit. When I tried to call back, they didn't answer and I could hear them taking orders from people who arrived after me. Shamim PFC has terrible customer service, and this seems to be a common issue among other similar establishments. Even the owner, Shamim, does the same thing. After 25 minutes, they finally answered my call, but when I explained what had happened and how frustrating it was, they simply asked if they could take my order. I was so angry that I ended the call. Now I am leaving negative reviews on every review site I can find, because the customer service at this restaurant is absolutely unacceptable.

My family has ordered takeout from this restaurant at multiple locations. Overall, the food is decent. We always call in our orders. The quality of the food can vary, but the staff is very friendly.

In my opinion, this is the top spot for fried chicken in Tower Hamlets. The chips and wings here are unmatched in taste. The manager is exceptional as well.
