Restaurant bewertenBeautifully designed dining room with traditional French fare. The menu is a list of meat, and all is cooked beautifully on the 'brainier' in the middle of the restaurant. Shared a starter, main each and a shared dessert with wine for 60 euros and honestly the steak tartare was of the best dishes I have ever tasted in a restaurant. Will definitely return.
An average old restaurant. I had duck and it was well done. Food was okay but nothing memorable. Dessert was okay!
We went to La Braisiere for dinner on a rainy evening May 2017. We were welcomed, seated and given menus by a very professional waiter who suggested suitable matching wine by the glass. We chose the gazpacho and the tomato and mozzarella salad for starters followed by a kind of a fish pie and a whole cooked bar (fish). Both plats came with delicious potato and garlic mash and vegetables. Everything was tasty and delicious. There is a woodfired grill which was turning out some great-looking grilled meats. This isn't fine dining but it is good food served by very good waiters. We enjoyed our dinner here very much. This restaurant is good. RECOMMENDED.
I have just come back from Toulouse and I went with some friends at La Braisière. It is a nice place, friendly and the meat is really excellent. Go without esitation!
It's a must whenever I travel to Toulouse. They offer the best magret de cannard in town. It is a good idea to call before and check if they have a table. It's usually full.
