Restaurant bewertenServed raw chicken. I am pregnant and was put off my food entirely. Was told they can take away and cook more! We said no and asked could it be taken off the bill. It was which was good. But the bill was still around 70 which just seemed so expensive considering I didn’t eat. Be aware. No kids menu so they point out dishes that kids may like. They are adult prices though. My little boy had the meatballs and did seem to enjoy them. My husband had the lamb which was upsold to him as a special and was expensive. It was very poor. Restaurant looks inviting with the statues and water. Which is what lured us in. We were firstly impressed service seemed good and restaurant looked inviting. Such a shame about the food. I think cause because they cook on the bbq outside it takes a while and it obviously hasn’t cooked the meat. It could be a really really nice place.
Where do I start. On the face of it it seemed like a decent place to eat but once they had lured us in that when the fun started. Waiter thought he was clever by memerising our order rather than writing it down and had to come back twice to make sure our order was correct. We then asked for a glass of ice to go with the wine we had preferred and eventually it came after asking three times but the biggest and worrying thing was we order a grilled sea bass for our twelve year old son and when it was served up it was completely raw in the middle. They are suppose to be a seafood restaurant and couldn’t even cook a simple fish dish. I called the waiter and showed him the fish was raw. The eventually served up the “cooked” fish but there was absolutely no apologies. The other three dishes we ordered were very poor so absolutely DO NOT eat at the so called restaurant. There are proper restaurants to choose from along the seafront so don’t give them your hard earned cash
Very bad service! Rude staff and terrible service! Order was wrong and missed one persons meal out completely. Rude when asked to change the bill! Food was badly cooked. Also random street performers coming to table in middle of eating! Had argument with the staff no apologies! Do not go!
Avoid this place despite is lovely location it 's just a tourist trap where maximising turnover is the #1 driving factor and where they don 't care about customers nor food quality as most will never return indeed, I can see from other recent comments that we 've not been alone in having had a very poor experience. Fast, reheated pre prepared food, no effort to engage customers in a friendly way either before, during or after the meal. Ordered a special salad and red pepper for starters which were both well, awful followed by the driest meat paella for 2 you can imagine that had obviously been rapidly and extremely reheated could have plastered a wall with it! Suffice to say we couldn 't get out of there fast enough as it was obvious that there would be no redress to be had. Shabby menus, no oil on the table just to different manky old vinegars and beer served in ancient pint jugs as seen in Phoenix Nights! And all horrendously expensive at 70 euro (inc 4 euro for 2 small bread rolls) you have been warned as were the couple browsing the menu as we left thankfully they carried on walking !
Visited twice during our week here best food experience we’ve had the pork fillet skewers were to die for fresh off the BBQ and absolutely delicious ! A little on the pricier side for the area but atmosphere and food are worth it ! Highly recommend
