Buffalo Wild Wings Torrance

I made a reservation through OpenTable for people at on Saturday. It was a bit last minute but your site offered a reservation for the time we wanted so I made one. When a party member got there before I did, they didn't have our table ready. They offered to seat us at a booth for about four people for our party of seven. Luckily, some people from our group were not able to make it or else we would have been sitting on each other's laps. The waitresses we're not good. Thank God we had good company and food so our trip there was not a complete miss.

Ashley and Doug we're a great server team they handled our group with professionalism and great customer service.

Group of It took over an hour for any of our food to come out We watched small parties of come in after us, order, get food, finish food, pay, and leave I'm sure there could have been things going on in the back that we didn't see or know about, but the hour casual work lunch at a place that is supposed to be casual and quick was pretty disappointing.

However, when one of our party members arrived, our table was not ready and we were offered to sit at a smaller table meant for four people for our party of seven. Luckily, some members of our group were unable to make it, otherwise we would have been squeezing in with other diners. The service from the waitress was not great. Thankfully, the good company and food made up for it and saved our overall dining experience.

Group of 14. It took an hour to get a meal out. we saw small parties from 3-4 coming to us, order, get food, end eating, pay and go. I'm sure there were things on the back of which we didn't see or know, but the 2 hours casual work dinner at a place that should be casual and fast was quite disappointing.
