Restaurant bewertenMy week-long Toronto holiday (of eating) kicked off at the Canadian institution that is Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Grill. There are at least 97 of these stores that I can count, and it has a humble rap for being an old peoples’ dining hall. Still, it has lots of fond memories for my host friend, so it was a perfect platform to start. We ordered a mix of starters: with stuffed garlic cheese loaf, rotisserie chicken spring rolls, as well as a main of the rotisserie chicken, and multiple plates of fries. There’s some great stuff here, the namesake Chalet sauce has tang, spice and zing. It went well with anything, and even on it’s own. I liked the seasoned fries, although they were curiously short. The chicken quarter was satisfactory and I can understand the comforts of such familiar food. Service was cosy, though the space feels a tad dated, as does some of the menu.
Our Swiss chalet! Service is fast and always friendly! I hope the staff will be supervised by the company. Now there is no Swiss chalet in this part of the city, so I don't understand the decision.
Before you even read this, you should better put on your fantastic pants, because this fine dining room Swiss Chalet will blow out cheap pants! From the moment you feel warm and Wel-Come-Me'd. The first thing you will notice is the beautiful handmade murals of chicken outlines that you feel smarter for the knowledge they serve. The walls even looked hand painted. Just like the painters. It's nice. Once you sit from your Maître D, you will probably notice the softness of the pillow (because of all the beautiful butts that have been in front of you). This restaurant offers some of the best views of the city on the largest park (in the quarter mile and foot traffic of the common people who enjoy life. I enjoy this organic quart with Au Jus so much more when people pretend to be happy. I didn't even ask for water, and she brought it. Customer service is different from everything else in the immediate area, a MUST TRY!
I love Swallow. Rhe employees are usually always friendly and friendly. Your food is served quickly and is always taste as you expect. There is something comfortable and homelike about the Swiss chalet. If you grew up in Ontario, you will surely have childhood memories of being in the Schwebechalet. I'm not sure why they stopped serving the lemon water at the end of our meal. One of my favorite restaurants does not cause his imagination or expensive. But because it is comfortable and cozy.
Often come and get dinner here. Reasonable and super fast service.
