St Clair Diner - Toronto

This is tucked away along St Clair - the service was fabulous - they were attentive. Breakfast before noon includes free coffee - makes it very reasonable. It's very clean and you feel like you're part of the family. Greek salad was large and tasty.

I tried the burger and fries and was impressed with the great food and friendly service. I plan to return to try other menu items.

Helen is the delightful owner of this diner. I stopped in for dinner to go this week and was extremely happy with the food and the service! The burgers are handmade and pure beef - delicious! Crispy, done just-right fries were awesome! I know it is a simple meal but it can be done all kinds of wrong - not here! I also sampled Helen's homemade soup of the day. Awesome! My husband and I will make this a weekly stop - can't wait to try her breakfast and other offerings!

The food at this restaurant was better than average. The hollandaise sauce was delicious and the poached egg was cooked perfectly for my Benny dish.
