Pizzeria Defina - Toronto

Had a gf and df pizza. They didn’t have df cheese however the food was so good it didn’t matter. They do not have a gf pizza oven however they do have cleaning process to reduce cc. I had no issues

Gluten free pizza here is amazing! Best one I’ve had in Toronto. Made from fresh dough. Also enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake. Most items on the menu can be made gluten free

The restaurant offers delicious food in a wonderful atmosphere, but unfortunately does not take reservations. Despite our party of 8 having to wait for about 20 minutes on an early Sunday afternoon, the line-ups can be much longer in the evenings. The pizza options are all delicious, with a variety of unique choices to try (my personal favorite is the Heartbeet Pizza). The salads we ordered were also very tasty. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

The pizza and atmosphere at this restaurant were fantastic! I tried the crispy green beans and the 2013 Pizza Expo Best Traditional Pizza; International Region made with nduja sausage, tomato sauce, hen of the woods mushrooms, bufala, tarragon, basil, and for dessert apple strudel. Everything was delicious! The service was quick, but I was disappointed that our waitress was not very pleasant - not even a smile! Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hidden gem and can't wait to go back!

This restaurant serves some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. I highly recommend it to anyone. Make sure to stop by, you won't be disappointed.
