Restaurant bewertenWe and friends decided to try La Sala for the first time because of the Summerlicious promotion. Three of us ordered from the regular menu and one from the Summerlicious menu. We sat next to the kitchen and could clearly observe the chef and sous chef preparing the meals. The caesar and garden salads, seafood linguini, wild salmon, pasta and tartufo were all delicious and beautifully plated. They serve a complimentary bruschetta with diced tomatoes on thin pieces of toast which began to disintegrate. Bruschetta should be served on thicker pieces of crustini bread to preserve their integrity. We recommend dining early at 5 or 5:30 pm to get better service since the two highly stressed out waiters were having great difficulty attending to the patrons after 6:30 pm as diners filled the main floor, second floor and outside patio. There was a dispute between the chef and the waiter due to an error with another table’s order because of a faulty online ordering system. This restaurant should definitely hire another server during busy times! Our party would return in future for lunch or an early dinner because of the excellent cuisine. Kudos to the chef!
Much nicer to sit downstairs... The second floor lacs ambience and service appears to be a bit challenging.
Took a friend there for her birthday. Everything was great. We have one suggestion... complimentary bruschetta should be on crostini’s or slices of Italian bread. The toast used was below the standard of the rest of the meal.
We waited 30 mins to get our reserved table and over 2 hours to eat.
LOVED La Sala. We want with friends from the UK. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my specific food requirements. Food was delicious and the service fabulous. The menu is highly varied, but everything we tried was fabulous. I highly recommend!
