Restaurant bewertenFast service, hot food. Lightly battered haddock or halibut. Generous portions of both fish and chips. Chips are hot and crispy, Coleslaw good too. The real surprise was a selection of beers from Great Lakes, including Canuck, a great IPA. Bonus.
First time here and did pick up for the familyStaff were great with questionsI had the fish and chips.
Nice fish and chips. But really no Greek salad!? They have a mandarin with pecan salad ..but no Greek salad??? Crazy! Pricey and for the money I really
Great neighbourhood spotFriendly and funThe fish and chips are a great feed and the pies look great.
We were in Toronto visiting family and got fish and chips for take-out. The halibut was great and the chips were pretty good (not the best, but I think it's hard to get good chips for take-out). It was a bit pricier than what we're used to paying ($96 for 6 pieces of halibut and 4 orders of chips) but we enjoyed it so much, my husband and I decided to stop at the restaurant on our way out of town rather than face the traffic. The restaurant is very nice and our server was very pleasant. My husband started with some seafood chowder, which we both enjoyed. The chowder had lots of fish and was tasty. We both ordered grilled halibut - I had mine with rice and my husband had his with french fries. The rice was fabulous and my husband enjoyed his fries. It was a great meal and we were happy to enjoy the restaurant as well as the take-out service.
