ChocoSol - Toronto

That's the best chocolate I've ever eaten. the texture is perfect – firm and melts. sometimes I prefer milk chocolate as I find dark too bitter, but I do not miss any milk at all when I eat this (noting that all chocolate it milk and nuts...free) I have introduced several friends and family to this chocolate and all were very impressed.

Take the tour that it is worth! at chocosol we have learned a lot about making real chocolate where it comes and the complex process to get it from field to table. as we learned, we also have this amazing chocolate in. his various forms of eating tasted to drink. if they are looking for real and fresh chocolate products in a super-eco-friendly operation, chocosol is the place. they make a great job and think hard about sustainability!

We had the most amazing tour of chocosol’s facilities, as well as a delicious four course tasting! Mathieu is highly knowledgeable, and inspirational. Chocosol is a champion of sustainability, ethical practices, and community building! Highly recommend if you are in Toronto.

Melt in your mouth, sinful delights! Went to Evergreen Brick Works for lunch always a good choice especially for fresh produce and to support the locals. My partner had a Mocha (they put coffee in a blender, added chocolate and away you go). What...came out was a frothy, well-blended coffee/chocolate delight. I had a chocolate tasting: Darkness (was good), Sinfully Raw Vanilla, Five Chili Bullet (the absolute best just the right kick), Luscious, Coconut (not much of a coconut fan but this was good), Hemp Gold. We ended up buying the Chili Bullet drinking chocolate more frothy, well-blended coffee/chocolate delights to come.

I have recently made a tour through chocosol's facilities and faced with their experienced, efficient and fair trade practices that they implement in the production of their chocolate, and I must say I was woven. was thrilled to taste some cocoa beans and taste how. real chocolate tastes that is nothing like what is sold in the mainstream market. knowing and know-how of mathieu and his crew does not come second and I would recommend it to everyone.
