A&W Restaurant - Toronto

I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but A&W at least has fresh burgers made from cleaner beef (no antibiotics) than the other places. And they taste great!

I loved A &W when I was a kid. That was a long time ago before McDonalds, Harvey's, Burger King and every other place that sprang in to existence.Now A&W is making a comeback. And guess what. Their burgers are great and way better than McDonald's, Harveys, and Burger King. They use high quality beef, their fries are good and they even offer sweet potato fries. And yeah I still love the root beer.The style of the places brings me back to simpler times. For the money and fast food this is a great place. So go ahead and enjoy, for taste, freshness, value this is really good.

A good grilled burger but the fried onins rather than fresh onions make the bun soggy, I tell you what though the no ice in the root beer is great and of course the root beer it's self is second to none.

My husband and I will go out of our way to have an A$W burger with their super crispy onion rings, and don't forget to top that off with a delicious, frosted mug of root beer. Very inexpensive, we always get the two can dine Momma burgers, and they fill us up. Clean and friendly staff, love the décor, so retro, great for kids too, they even have kids burgers. Plus you feel good eating burgers without added hormones.

This restaurant goes WAY back. used to go in the 60ies. And it has only improved. Highly recommend the Uncle burger and diet rootbeer, lets face it, it is a chain, but well above many of the others! And they are actually friendly.
