Restaurant bewertenLove their shrimp and chicken shu mai. And their homemade chili-sesame sauce is really good too! Nice cozy restaurant.
Tripped over this small place. We usually have to head north to get our fix of Xiao long bao and other "Shanghai style" dim sum. No longer. A brief menu but everything we had was great. Highly recommended.
We have tried several items on the menu. Yet another fantastic restaurant where both my wife and I can eat. Caters to vegans, vegetarians and carnivores. Staff are very friendly. Small location but the food is fantastic. The soup dumplings are worth every penny as is almost everything there. *****went in to try the place and came back several times since*****
A new little place on the Danforth. Limited menu, but certainly enough to maintain variety and fill you up without breaking the bank. Two of us had pan-fried dumplings, the green onion pancakes, vegetable spring rolls, and one order of won-ton soup. Everything was delicately flavoured, and nicely presented. Service is friendly.Next time, we'll order their specialty soup dumplings and other goodies.
This is a new dim sum place on the south-east corner of Danforth and Jones avenues. It claims that everything on the menu is homemade. We ordered several dishes including: pork soup dumplings - 6 pieces for $5.75; pan-fried dumplings with pork, shrimp, chives and eggs - 10 pieces for $7.75; deep-fried eggplant with ground pork - 6 pieces for $5.75; and a green onion pancake for $3.75.All that food was more than enough for 2 people. They were all very good but my absolute favorite of them all was the eggplant with ground pork. That was fantastic!Dim sum, if you haven't had it before, is very oily food as a lot of it is fried. This place is no exception. But that is not a criticism; it's merely cautionary in case you have had it before. The service was good and friendly. No alcohol served.Credit cards accepted.I definitely recommend this place!
