The Boat Yard Tea Room - Torfaen

Love the boat yard tea room have been visiting for a couple of years now food great and staff very friendly and obliging, reasonable prices always enjoy my visits and long may it continue.

Great food, a proper fried breakfast. My only grumble was that it is a bit cramped inside. Great for sunny days (as it was when the three of us visited) we ate at a picnic bench just outside. The outdoor seating in the sun made the trip worthwhile.

Heard about this place whilst visiting nearby County hospital and decided to check it out. We had a really warm welcome despite the horrible weather. Cups of tea, toasted travels toasted cheese and onion sandwich were excellent. Will be going back but in a nice day!

Really lovely food at reasonable prices, great place to stop after a ride. This hidden gem is going to become a regular stop now I’ve found it.

Great to have a walk along the canal and have a soy Latte at the end of it. Quaint location and dog friendly
