Papa John's Pizza - Torfaen

They're waiting for an hour, they're not picking up the phone. just don't take them anymore than they. just so. guarantee that it gets warm when it comes. very disappointing.

We have ordered in the last weeks with papa johns in cwmbran and were very satisfied with the received service. the food was always delivered immediately and warm. tonight we were sadly disappointed by one of the pizzas we ordered. the red paprika on that we paid extra were burned and edible. the rest of the pizza was surprisingly good. we contacted papa johns cwmbran on facebook messenger to increase our care. they reacted immediately and apologized. they encouraged us to purify them so that they can replace the pizza under their quality guarantee. When we ransacked them, they said they would announce us. they said that the red paprika were prone to burn and suggested to us the green paprika we agreed to. the last orders of the red paprika were good, so our confusion when we received our order tonight. the replacement pizza was delivered immediately. the supplier was really nice and accommodating (as they are always). they apologised again and offered us a gesture of good will by giving us a ben jerrys ice cream. we really appreciated this, especially with loyal customers with papa johns cwmbran; they didn't have to offer it. overall, despite this mistake tonight, papa johns in cwmbran have fantastic service every time we have ordered with them.

Order at 4:22 (after the e-mail reception) not yet arrived at 5:15. when I called to check the order, it was told me it was on the road, it went about 10 minutes ago. when the command finally arrived, everything had to be microwaves. will never want to be low or for this training.

The management is directly from the clown college. they do not care if they massage their order and serve meat for vegetarian and vegan. Vile service and mediocre eating.

Ordered food at 17:15, called them at 18:45 to see where our food was, they said a driver had already called which unless she was a ninja would be impossible with a drive light and a dog that goes crazy barking when someone knocks the...door ( guarding his house ) Then we were told it would be delivered in 1015 mins.... Never showed up until 19:30 at which point the pizza was soggy cold and unfit to eat, the driver was very rude, a male this time proper attitude on him, its not my fault its cold and its probably the pizza from 2 hours ago... Lovely comments, nice chap Told him to take his pizza and get outta here sharpish and called a manager who's said she'd look into it.... Pigs will fly they do. Will never order from them again. Highly unreccommended. If I could minus star then I would give a 3*
