Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I stopped in here when we were on a motorcycle ride. A great biker rest stop to stretch the legs, have a coffee and a bite to eat. Great service, cheap eats and nice atmosphere.
On our way to Phillip Island. We were looking for something quick for lunch, but thought we had missed our opportunity. Then we got to Tooradin. The cafe is right on the water so we took our freshly made hamburgers and freshly cooked chips and enjoyed the fresh air.
Delightful staff, great food, home cooked aspect. Quick, fairly priced and lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Toilets are available.
The Pelican is an older style cafe nicely positioned overlooking the water. Our egg and bacon sandwiches were fine and the coffee was really good and nice and hot. The service behind the counter and at the table was impressive - friendly, old fashioned, country style hospitality. Thanks ladies!!
Partner had a doctors' appointment in early morning so decided to pop in for breakfast. Ordered the bacon and eggs and it was huge and delicous. Noticed quite a few people coming and going and that was on a Tuesday morning. Nearby council toilets were absolutely disgusting. Wanted to enjoy a greasy dinner so popped in for potato cakes and they are real potato slices not the rubbish you get these days.
