Restaurant bewertenSo phenomenal. Melt in your mouth sushi and a tremendous staff. Had to wait a bit since they don’t have a lot of seating. But it was totally worth the wait.
By far the best dining experience (and that's exactly what it is, an experience) I've had in the last decade. Each bite, whether yakitori or sushi, is perfectly balanced and exquisite. The staff were fantastic at making suggestions or describing unknowns and kept perfect watch over us for any needs. If you want an incredible dining experience, eat here. Caution I wouldn't go with a party of more than 4, seating is limited.
I'd consider myself a foodie, and I've attempted to always find the best restaurants whenever visiting somewhere new. How ironic that the best restaurant in which I've ever eaten is in my own backyard here in Toledo. This place can have hour long waits, but the experience is so great you feel like you're somehow getting away with not waiting longer. The often times simple menu reaches new heights in taste that I never thought were attainable (I'm thinking of you, corn on the cob yakitori), without breaking the bank on their typical menu items. Although if you're feeling adventurous and have the extra dough, trying their Omakase (chef's choice) reservation is a totally unique experience, and a must for any food nerd such as myself. 85$ may seem steep, but it is 10-12 courses of deliciousness you will never forget. Overall, I feel very confident saying this is the best restaurant in Toledo, and until I am proven differently, the country....and world....and universe.....just try it, you'll know what I mean.
This is, without a doubt, Toledo's finest resturaunt. The Omakase experience was something I will never forget. Each dish was flawlessly prepared and presented in the perfect order.
I made a reservation at 6pm for my son’s birthday. It was so worth it! Amazing food and sake. Wonderful atmosphere and they even got a cake! Thank you so much for making this a memorable evening for my son. Everything was perfect!
