Nice place. I tried their ✔ $ ¥1,430 total. Falafel was really good and it came with one side of Fritten. Soda was also delicious. Get your drink at the counter and wait for your food at your table, they will bring it to you. English menu available. Vegetarian option available.

The store is not very vegan friendly but they offer 2 options that can be made vegan. The morning salad for Breakfast and a falafel Menu with Fries for lunch/dinner (remove yogurt) . It's a okay option, but nothing special for sure. 1300 Yen 11 € 12 for the falafel Menu Drink.
