La Gusgueria - Tlaquepaque

We went to an early dinner and were satisfied and impressed by the service, food selection and quality. Had been 5 stars, but it's too loud for us.

Whenever we have guests, we try to bring them to La Gusgueria because it is such a living place with great and tasty preferences. IF there is a mistake, it is that too much food is on a plate. Example if ordering ribs never order a full rack because half a rack of these delicious ribs can eat more than you. Hamburgers are a specialty of the house and these hamburgers are unlike any other location in Guadalajara .. plus there is a spice bar that glows one to so many pickled peppers, or cut tomatoes as your mouth can hold. My favourite is the baked potato with ground beef . . I have to fill out a whole potato. Service is good too excellent and if there are disadvantages, it is the loud music, but since mostly younger people and families are the main client, then the music is acceptable, plus there is video to accompany this music. Go to the food and service . . . . .ENJOY

Do not expect to eat and run here, but the food is good and if you go with your friends to chat for a while, this is a great place to go. You have forgotten an order so that not all foods came out at once and although they were very nice and asked what you needed, they would often forget to follow. I had the Arrechera baked potato. So good and at a very reasonable price... I think it was about 90 pesos. They had many other options. I'd go back there.

The atmosphere of this burger and beer place was was fun, the prices very reasonable but the food was not great.

Felt like a real Locals Spot...Burgers were large the beer was Ice Cold. Enjoyed the murals the daily specials. Very reasonable pricing
