Restaurant bewertenWe had an amazing time out on the deck, enjoying the shade and breeze coming off the water, while getting some great food. The interior has a very homey ?lodge? style with two floors of dining with great views of the water, in addition to the outdoor decks. Portions are generous, service was friendly and attentive even though it was pretty busy, and everything was top notch. The key lime cheesecake was amazing and arguably worth the visit on its own. :D Definitely looking forward to our next visit!
Stopped in here late afternoon on a Tuesday Excited to see Kennedy space center in the waaay background...the server Nichole was excellent! Our beers were cold and refreshing. The crab cake appetizers were hot, crunchy tasted to perfection. The Samuri fish tacos with yum yum sauce are a party full of flavor! We split everything so we could try more delicious food..... when Nichole offered dessert she had us at Key Lime Cheesecake.... I took the first bite and waited for my love to take his and it took him down memory lane to when his grandmother made it .We both were in heaven!! This is the most delicious Cheesecake!! the texture was creamy, the flavor could have had a bit more key lime BUT....we loved it so much that I ordered a slice to go!! Definitely worth the trip!
This restaurant is right by the sea with stunning views. We came and sat fast. We waited about ten minutes before we asked someone to send a server to our table. The food was okay. My shrimps were delicious, but the pommes were not fresh. The comb plates had, shrimps, fish, Calamari. The fish and the shrimp were fair, again the fries, not fresh and the Calamari a little done and chew. Overall, the restaurant is in a nice location and maybe it was just a fuke that took so long to wait. Maybe we'll try when we're in the area.
We were there for a Christmas party out on the deck. It was very comfortable and the food was terrific. The music is a little loud for making conversation. We were very relieved when they stopped playing so we could communicate with each other. The sun going down over the beautiful River was truly a sight to see. It was nice weather that night, but if it did turn cold they had plenty of heaters on the deck.
We had a large group of 30 people. We called very much ahead of time to ask if they could handle that group. They said they could. The service was slow, and the food was not that great. Burnt fish and very exaggerated pricing for the quality food we received. We had a fish platter and a fish sandwich with two domestic beers and our bill was $66.16. A little much I think.
