We stumbled upon this restaurant while feeling very hungry after a long car ride from northern Alsace, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. We started with croquettes with Parmesan cheese, followed by an incredibly large ribeye steak. It was so big that we couldn't finish it! The meat was perfectly cooked over an open flame, making it a wonderful dining experience.

Happy not having followed the negative opinion on this restaurant in fact, for many months I have been going regularly to the old balm, whether on Saturday evening, or even on Sunday noon, the service is impeccable, the various delicious dishes, the freshness of the products, a good taste meat, always served with the smile, and what does not spoil anything, at a reasonable price I can not recommend it!
