Restaurant bewertenBrisket sandwich 3.5 ribs 2.5/5 baked beans 1/5 brisket was the only thing worth getting. Little to fatty ribs were ok but kind of boring beans were bad. Like boring and flavorless
Worse BBQ I've ever had! Ribs weren't smoked long enough so no flavor and doesn't sell baby back ribs. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I had the smoked brisket sandwich. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, if not a little too salty, but the sides left a lot to be desired. The coleslaw tasted like cabbage coated in plain Greek yogurt. It really missed the mark on balanced flavor. The macaroni salad had a very subtle flavor, but it was pleasant. Ultimately, the meat was the star of the meal which is what you want from a BBQ joint. Meal type: Dinner
*If* you time it right the BBQ is amazing. Unfortunately, over the last month we have stopped here 4 times and each time either a sign on the cart that they are catering today or they are out of BBQ meat. It makes me sad but we probably won 't stop here anymore as we drive through town. Hopefully they can find someone else to help them out. I 'm guessing it 's just one person working very hard. Best wishes.
When I'm craving smoked meat, this place is becoming my spot, and I like that they are close to where I live. The food is excellent and fairly priced. I'm looking forward to trying their ribs next time, since they were unavailable at my last visit purveyor issue. Service is always friendly too. The ambiance is rustic outdoorsy with plenty of picnic tables.
