California Pizza Kitchen At Lakes At Thousand Oaks

We ate there at 8:30, so it was cool and comfortable enough to sit outside. They were a little short staff, but waiting wasn't as long as the host said it was (maybe 10-15 minutes, he said 20-25). The terrace is beautiful with the small pond and waterfall right next to it. It was a nice evening! The food was phenomenal. We have the Thai Crunch Salad and the Roasted Veggie Salad that were both incredibly delicious and fresh, and the dressings were amazing! Our server, Ryan, was such a nice guy, so friendly and delivered great service and good recommendations/info on the menu. The only drawback was that at the end of the meal, ants began to appear on the table and crawl over the place where I sat. This is the only reason I took a star, otherwise it was a 5-star menu!

Good representation of the franchise. The menu is set by company, and the food was prepared for this standard. The portions are good, without gigantic service was good. The outdoor terrace was very nice in the evening.

I usually give this site a 5 star..I est here 2 month I bring people with me as well sometimes..but..lately the service has been like dinosaur ages..15 min to get soup and salad..really? Then, waiting again for your server..if you dont get the good one. I refuse to eat at Simi ..they are worse..RAMP up your serving time...or people will eat less there...you have good food..but..just change the timing

We order online and pick up at the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes early and our order was ready.! Service was excellent and keeping cleaning procedures.andmy chopped BBQ chicken salad was delicious!!

The food was a great price was reasonable sight was great and our server Rayan was very polite and highly processed. Thank you.
