Restaurant bewertenVery poor customer service. It's not the first time I want to order a drink and the lady there is very rude. Never going back to that Starbucks.
This location lists it's hours between 6 AM and 8 PM. This morning when my husband went to the store about 7:30 AM decided to pick me up my favorite drink from Starbucks while he was there. He was rudely told that they currently were not open and that they would not be opening until 8 AM. There was no proper signage stating the reason for the change of hours or reason for the inconvenience. There was also no change to the hours that are posted online. I called King Soopers to speak with customer service I believe they let me speak with the manager of Starbucks he or she I'm not sure was not much more pleasant and wasn't very much help. I will not be buying Starbucks from this location anymore. I don't even know why they have a location in there because the workers have horrible attitudes for one and for two they can hardly even make a drink that's listed on their menu anyhow maybe it's time this location shuts down.
Barista refused to give me my birthday drink. She kept saying I need a gift card, I contacted Starbucks online and they said they do not send out birthday gift cards so that was untrue. Ended up missing out on my birthday drink because I only had time to stop at this Starbucks.
Dieucks is terrible, and I have no affiliation with the company. The customer service experience is subpar, and employees are being pressured more than ever, which is taking a toll on their well-being.
The restaurant closed 30 minutes early, and when I inquired, the management claimed they were on their lunch break. Unfortunately, they never returned. This reflects poor management. I do not recommend this place; it's better to head a bit further to 102nd and Grant for better service!
