Restaurant bewertenRating: 2/5 The drive-thru attendant at the microphone was fantastic (5/5)—very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, the drive-thru line was quite slow (2/5). I visited around 3 PM on a weekday in mid-June, and even though there were only four cars ahead of me, it took 10 minutes to receive my order of a drink and a snack. The chicken in the snack package was mediocre (2/5), but the drink (cream chill cream) was excellent (5/5).
I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The wait times were frustratingly long, both inside and at the drive-thru, with about 5-6 cars ahead of me. As a diabetic, I asked if the sweetener they used was Splenda, but they couldn't confirm. They ended up making my drink again without informing me whether it was decaf. Being pregnant, I was extremely hungry, and to top it all off, I didn’t even receive my combo meal.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was dreadful, and the management was unhelpful. I ended up feeling sick all night but still had to pay for my meal the next day. I will never return to this place. The only person who deserves praise is a young woman who seemed dedicated to her work; the others did not appear to care about their jobs or customer service. The potato wedges were overcooked and chewy, like dry gum. This has been the worst dining experience I’ve had in years.
Giving it one star because i absolutely have too its not even deserving of a star i dont know where to start with how bad this place but i guess i ought too leave it to the other reviews to explain....dont go unless you love lines for garbage
Had to repeat myself a million times saying i wanted a breakfast wrap with JUST EGG AND BACON and they still got my order wrong. worst tim hortons don’t stop here.
