Pizza Hut Thornhill

I love the staff at this Pizza Hut they are thoughtful, helpful and caring. The delivery man saved my a tonight. I forgot to order a small personal pan pizza for my son (5 yo) and didnt realize until the pizza was delivered. The delivery man went and got me the pizza I forgot about and came back with it asap!! I was so thankful and appreciative of his kind gesture. He could have told me to make a new order online or by phone. I even offered to pick it up but he insisted to deliver it. BEST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! I've been a loyal customer for decades and always will be!Thank you for saving dinner tonight and avoiding a little kid meltdown!!

Waited an hour and a half and still no pizza when the office is 8 minutes away from that location. Never ordering from this location again.

The poor quality of the pizza was a major source of frustration for me. My expectations for a delicious pizza with a golden crust were not met.

Love this pizza Hutt. The staff are always friendly. I've never had a bad meal. One mistake once and they immediately rectified the matter with sincere apologies. Never a disappointment. Keep up the great

Had ordered regular pan pizza today and their quality has come down drastically. Their base is soggy and very dry. Pizza hut order at other locations especially Burlington are not like this.
