Casa Herrera - Thorndale

I had a great dining experience at the restaurant. The service was a bit slow due to a busy kitchen, but it was worth the wait. The chicken frogs were delicious, as were the rice and vegetables. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

They brought out the wrong food twice.. then charged us for the food, then added an automatic 20% tip for no reason... I was told this happened because it is a family restaurant... Didn't make sense and not sure why they did this... Ive eaten there numerous times

I was looking forward to having dinner, but unfortunately, the main dish was missing from my order. I called the restaurant the next day to request a refund and my missing items, but they refused to give me a refund and insisted on reordering my meal instead. Despite me expressing my preference for a refund, they were unhelpful. To make matters worse, I live 16 miles away and had to spend extra money on gas at $4.85 per gallon just to pick up my order. The customer service was terrible, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant serves delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine with excellent service. I really appreciated the waiter who attended to us, as he was very respectful and down-to-earth with a great sense of humor. My favorite drink was the "Tres Amigas".
