Firehouse Subs - Thomasville

Firehouse Subs always has great food and this place meets and exceeds this standard! The service was great and I will definitely be back when I work again in the Thomasville area!

Great service. Great friendly workers. It's a pleasure to eat there. I just moved to Thomasville. I discovered a lot of lazy, uncontrolled workers in this little town. I learn where to go and where to never return. Five stars from me! Great food subs are great. Salads are a meal itself. Look at this if you don't have it yet.

Folks please keep in mind they are shorthanded. They had to temporarily shut down online orders, but they are open and working hard. Subs are delicious, and my sister loves their salads. Keep up the good work!

This Firehouse is a joke. It?s a really bad look for the company as a whole. I placed a call in order 20 minutes before I arrived , and it still was not ready upon arrival. On top of that it literally took 30+ minutes for me to finally get my order. The employees seem incompetent, since there?s 5 people behind the counter, and 3 apparently do not know how to make a sandwich. If I hadn?t paid already , I would?ve left indefinitely. You couldn?t pay me to eat here again.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered yesterday party platters to have by 11:30. This wasn?t just for some get together, this was for my Job. I was notified 15 min before that my order was CANCELLED. I now had to scramble to find another place to feed 40 people in 15 min. When I spoke to the manager he told me the best he could do was 2pm. To make the basic sandwiches mind you these aren?t footlong sandwiches these are ones that are cut up from larger sandwiches to smaller pieces. If party platters weren?t an option or your are too incompetent to make them in a timely manner don?t offer them.
