Restaurant bewertenWe had a large preorder. Orders were late and not complete with people missing out on receiving their pre paid order. My child did not get her pizza at all. They have lost my local business.
My partner and I have been eating Crust for many years now and every time we ordered the same Pizza and every time it was perfect at Cronulla Crust. We moved to Thirroul of recent and Crust opened. We have ordered Crust a few times since opening and they have got our order wrong so many times. The customer service is disgusting. The owner has no customer service skills along with the Manager and some staff I had a girl pretty much tell me over the phone she made my Pizza and it is to Crust standards etc and I am a lier My partner went down and they refused to give the managers name. Then the manager stood there arguing with my partner not offering any solution. it was only until a young girl who is a casual stepped in to fix the issue. We have not been back since. no star rating
So I have been going to Crust in Wollongong for years happily, since we lived in Woonona I thought may as well just get the pizzas from the Thirroul shop - BIG MISTAKE. Firstly, the pizzas took sooooooooooooo long and that was for pick up, then they tried to overcharge us for a pizza for additional toppings, when actually we requested one topping be omitted from the pizza. Then, getting home finally, the pizzas were both so bad and tasteless and just poor in general. It's a shame. Only recommend going to the Wollongong shop they're always so nice and the pizzas are perfect every time! Don't go to Thirroul, Just don't.
Got the order wrong, then demanded that the pizza be returned instead of offering me my money back. Had to wait for another pizza to be delivered. Last time I ever order form them. Manager has no customer service skills.
How could they get it so wrong. I asked for extra prawns on a garlic prawn pizza. In total I was given 8 prawns - I per slice. So I asked what the usual amount was - 4 apparently. Well i said, that doesn't seem right. The 14 yo shrugged her shoulders and said "that's what I was taught to do". Sigh.
