A&w - Thief River Falls

Delicious burgers and fries, but if it's busy it's very slow. I've never gotten a wrong order or missed items here, and the service is usually fairly quick. Occasionally tho, if the drive thru is busy you'll stand waiting on your food inside for 30 minutes after ordering. I don't know if they are that short staffed or they need a better system but that could definitely be better. All in all, the food is tasty and the prices are decent

I'm currently the only person in line ordered 1 chicken sandwich. No fries. No drink. Just the sandwich it has now been almost 15 minutes and 1 employee just asked if I would like to order. I told him I already ordered. They're standing talking now if I didn't pay first I would have left by now.

For the price, very good hamburgers. Staff was very polite as well.

Most excellent food and service! Hot, fresh and tasty!

I have mixed emotions about this place I love the food but one employee seems to refuse to shower I get gas here every day and can only order on the days he isn't working. I just can't understand how someone that dirty can work in the food industry
