Sandhills Corral - Thedford

Great place for a home cooked meal. There were 20 in our group, so we made reservations. Stopped in on 6/28, we were all able to sit at one (very long) table. They were quick with the drinks, (I normally only have a beer) I had a margarita, it was fantastic. Our food orders came out quick and hot. There were lots of chicken fried steak orders, steaks, shrimp and chicken breast. Everyone was satisfied with their food. The staff was amazing, quick with a smile, great service.

Burgers were blah, no seasoning at all. Chicken was extremely chewy and blah. Wish we would have had just the salad bar or went somewhere else. Wait staff was uninterested in being helpful.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Was there tonight 6/5/21 for 1.5 hours. Bad service getting drinks and refills and finally left because we never got our food. They said our food had another 10 minutes. 2 orders was the nightly special and the other 2 were chicken strips and a burger! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!

We stopped for lunch today had the Corral Burger fries. It was delicious! The Burger was bigger than the bun.We got good, fast friendly service. The manager waited on us.Can't wait to stop there again.

We asked for the ticket and she the waitress acknowledged it and said ok. She then went to the front cash register and Proceeded to continue to talk to her coworkers like we didn’t exist as we sat there waiting to leave. We went up there and said we asked for our ticket and said oh I didn’t hear you when she perfectly did. You could definitely could tell she was being slightly rude. So I walked back to the table and took back the $20 tip before we left. The manager could of cared less because he was actually one of the co-workers in the group. If the owner actually knew how this waitress treated us she would be fired. It’s bad for business and getting your business bad reviews. And the reply from the owner on my comment is actually the manager not the owner.
