Taco Bell - The Villages

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff at store 029544 on Wedgewood Lane in The Villages, FL. When I asked if they could make the Double Decker, my cashier kindly checked and explained why it wasn't possible. I then ordered it disassembled, and had a fantastic interaction with the cashier, who was named Hanna on my receipt. I am grateful for the amazing service provided by your team. They didn't know that my visit to the vet for my cat had been rough, or that I was tired and hungry after a long day at work. They were kind, accommodating, and everything you could ask for in customer service. I want to thank every member of your team for their smiles and hard work. Despite the challenges they may face, they showed up to work and provided us with the snacks we needed to get through a tough night. Thank you to all the staff members who were working that night. The service at the restaurant was good, but I was not pleased with the state of the restroom. I had to hold my breath while using it and it almost ruined my appetite. They should address this issue, but apart from that, the overall experience was pretty good.

I paid $3 for a minuscule pastry that was as small as a ping pong ball and had just a drop of cream in the center. I will never return to this place again.

The breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic and everything tasted great. I especially enjoyed the Crunchwrap and hashbrown, both were fresh and delicious.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but the staff was too busy to be courteous.
