Customer service is not acceptable. Stood in line for 7 minutes on lunch break and was not assisted only for someone to jump in front of me and be helped. At least employees are smart to not wear name badges. Let’s schedule a call to Taco bout this.. asap

First of all my order was taken quickly and efficiently by Nick. I felt like I was talking to one of my soldiers, because he was high speed to say the least. Hello, the professionalism was amazing. Asked me if I needed extra sauce ext .., gave me Smiles and was personable all in the shortest amount of time. If he is not the manager, make him the manager immediately.

I went to get the Tampico quesadilla ,great service everyone was really nice BUT I got a hair on my quesadilla,I try eating the rest of my food by checking there was no more hair but I just couldn’t keep eating it ..please ,please be more careful next time , always make sure before you served . I gave 3 stars because of the service but my food was ruined .
