Subway - The Energy Corridor, Houston

Service was rude 1st time going in a long time and was reminded why I stopped going in the first place.

Horrible customer service at this location. Everyone seems so hostile and angry at their customers. Impatient and even the managers are rude. Why work in fast food if you’re not going to be nice to customers? I was the only person in the restaurant and the lady wants to be rude, If you hate your job go find one that makes you happy.

Servers looked at customers like you were there to ask them to give you their subs for free! I just can't believe someones with very bad very bad mind set for customer service could conduct their bussiness like that. If you want to be treated like trash, yes this is the location for you, if not, don't even think about this location.

This Subway is my go to place. I come here about every other day and it’s alway clean, the costumer service is wonderful. The two lovely ladies in the morning are always friendly and attentive.

I really enjoy Subway generally when I come, but this time the customer service really threw me off! Anna was giving a really strong attitude and refused to apply the coupons I had. Her yelling ruined my day ?
