I was simply there picking up my food when I received a lot of attitude from the cashier

I ordered a four piece chicken combo thigh drum wing and breast sweet tea Mac cheese and coleslaw biscuit. Good order. Till I received my order the chicken was over fried and smelled two days old. I order from door dash it was on time. Ate one piece (the breast) money on chicken wasted Tell your people to don’t send out orders that’s not fresh (chicken) This order was on Federal Rd

Every time I've gone there there has been great customer service and the food is pretty good.

On 2 seperate occasions i ordered the 2 piece original and both times it was NOT the original recipe crust I told them about it and they said they changed the oil I asked another customer if they noticed the difference and they said yes the crust was not the original recipe that I ordered just a heads up !!!

Bad customer service, is not full and service is really slow, employees looks like they don't like what they do, you feel the atmosphere heavy.
