Turtle Jack's Waterdown

Ok, this is the best Turtle Jack's branch we ever visited. Food was just perfect and everything was great. Definitely will be back!

The food was amazing and our server was fantastic. She asked about allergies, which has never happened anywhere else we have been. She was one of the best servers we have encountered in a long time. We are from Mississauga, but as we were passing through Waterdown we decided to stop and have dinner. We will definitely go there again, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone that happens to be in the area

On June 5th we celebrated my twin daughters 46th birthday at this restaurant. We were a table of ten on a Sunday evening. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything was just perfect. We really appreciated the excellent service by a very friendly young man. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I had an excellent experience at this Turtle Jack's location. Thanks to an amazing server/bartender: Jordan. She was incredible. Friendly, attentive, engaging and even anticipated our drink orders before we even knew it. I will definately be returning to this location in the future as the Upper James location definately falls short. I would drive to Waterdown specifically for the service (Jordan) and the food quality. Excellent Excellent Excellent. Jordan is a 10/10

Incredible food and exceptional service! This is our favorite spot, and we can't wait to return soon. The desserts, particularly Ice n' Fire and our new favorite, Sticky Toffee Pudding, were delicious!
