I've gone to this locations many times since they have opened. The consistency of the food is all over the place. Sometimes the wraps are good and sometimes not so much. I find the large chicken sharwarma wrap is just all wrap. My biggest issue with this place is lack of hygiene and cleanliness. The floors, doors, bathroom are dirty and it makes you wonder how eveything else is with food prep. Last trip here the bathroom was disgusting. My wife was so grossed out we haven't returned since. Other locations specifically in Mississauga (Streetsville Derry Rd) are excellent. Food quality is great and the place is clean. This place has been a disappointment since day one. Someone at head office get over here and fix this place. Clean it to startUpdate. Emailed head office multiple times with no response per the message below. Never going back.

Recently moved to the area. Move day we ordered dinner it was delicious. But the last 2 visits were not so great. The one issue... I asked for extra sauce and wow did they add a ridiculous amount. I chalked that up as my fault. Than customer appreciation day, we didn't ask for extra sauce and what we received was just gross. It was like soup .

Bought the combo with the chicken wrap and chicken on rice with fattoush salad with two drinks. Standard order from me for some time now. Yes noticed prices increasing and portion size decreased. But still stayed as a customer. This last order the wrap was a far cry from what it used to be. The salad was basically lettuce and tomato with a bit of onion. I will no be patronizing your establishment.

I order half and half mild spicy but I received with extra hot sauce. It’s like extra spicy.. so make sure next time please carful when you add the sauce..
