Restaurant bewertenWill never be ordered from here again. two quarter chicken combs ordered, was very clear and specific in the instructions. instructions were not followed. were also missing. I also ordered extra garlic sauces, which are an additional fee, they were never put in the bag. I thought I would call the restaurant directly to see if they could correct the problems instead of seamlessly reporting them. the host was very rude and impatient when I explained this thema. she said I didn't have to have been clear about the instructions, and that the order was checked and everything was there. if everything was in there and it was right, I wouldn't waste my time calling the restaurant. they said a manager calls me back. I never write reviews, but this is one that had to be done. I don't want other people to experience the terrible service I made from this place. order them elsewhere.

I'm a little disappointed. first I wanted to do the too good to go for the excerpt, but they said they didn't do it anymore, although their restaurant was still on the app. I give this one two stars because the hostess was nice. I decided to order the steak sushi. something light when you think it was late. I come home and it's clogged and my man is allergic to garnel. I wanted to call, but they're closed, so we're stuck with it now.

I've been ordering to go sangria since Covid started and I continue to order from Havana Cafe since the governor approved to go drinks. The sangria that I order regularly started off great and has gradually gotten worse. This afternoon I ordered sangria via a delivery app and the sangria I got tasted like water. I asked for light ice and instead received half the container filled with ice. I know the employees know that I'm a regular customer due to the frequency of my orders, but yet still has the audacity to send me watered down drinks. That's a shame because there are other options for to go cocktails and I hope potential customers reconsider. Stop waiting peoples time and money.
