Costa Coffee - Thanet

Just a small Costa cafe. coffee is decent and drinks also. did not try any snacks there to say about them

Dirty tables and food on the floor. The latte was supposed to have two shots in it but was weak and lacking flavour. Certainly won't be visiting Costa again.

Got to Costa at 7:15am and it was not open, even though it says it opens at 7am.

Lillie was absolutely amazing, I was cautious about having a hot chocolate as I am a coeliac. Lillie was incredible, when asking if the hot chocolate was suitable so reassuring and without me having to ask used a fresh cloth, washed her hands, used a new packet and a clean spoon. I’ve never felt so understood and safe so thank you so much Lillie!

Freindly branch, not that large though so can get busy.
