While I always order them extra crispy, they only end up that way about half the time, which can be disappointing. The brisket has a wonderful smoky flavor, and the turkey is consistently tender and moist. They provide a variety of delicious BBQ sauces, and I really appreciate the complimentary sliced onions, baked beans, and jalapeños. Plus, Big Jakes is the only place in Texas where you can find drinks for just $1.29! Great job, Big Jakes!
