Dunkin' - Tewksbury

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. The women who work there ignore you when you want to place an order at the counter and when they finally get to you it's nothing but rudeness. (Especially the white woman) This place really sucks!!

Id give it 0 stars if i could. every time i go inside i stand there for 10 minutes watching the workers take every drive thru order but pay no attention to the front counter. had to leave to go to another dunkins after waiting 10

This Rt. 38 Tewksbury Dunkin is the worst run franchise I 've ever had misfortune to experience... There is a pothole in the parking lot that looked like an axle breaker. They pay 5 times as much attention on the drive thru as opposed to the people who actually get up off their ass to come inside... Terrible attitudes to boot... In one word YUCCCH

I've been to endless Dunks in the past 30+ years....This Dunks is by far the worst. Especially for EXTREME lack of customer service. With so many locations to choose from, why anybody would ever be a regular customer there is beyond me??!!!

The workers are so funny and nice idk what these reviews are they are so nice love u guys
