Arby's - Terre Haute

The Curly Fries was not fresh. The people were polite. Sometimes you just show up at the wrong time. I do understand that there is a short time frame between old fries, and fresh.

I ordered food with this location through door dash. They didn't give me options for some special instructions so I just gave the restaurant a call after placing my order. I spoke with one of their managers named Michael. He was very professional and attentive to my needs. Not only did he make sure that my special instructions were done but even wrote me a note expressing his appreciation for my business and he personally made sure of it!! Food was great and service was beyond my expectations... Thanks again Michael, our meal was great!!!

Ate lunch there today with my family , Roderick hope I got name correct was awesome he took great care of us , we asked for something they they were out of but he found away to get what we wanted and he did it with a smile... Thank You Roderick every business needs an employee like you

Love the Happy Hour menu. Nice new store and the staff is very friendly.

Drive thru service was fast and very friendly!! Food was hot and delicious!!
