Situation: Suppose, long weekend by the sea to pick up people from the boat in Hoek van Holland. The hotel is therefore super close to the sea and that is ideal, walked to the hotel several times in between when visiting the sea and beach bars. The rooms do need maintenance; fill the holes, renew doors and a lick of paint. At first glance, the floor looks like a terrible 'wood parquet ', but it turned out to be very easy because the sand gets everywhere (with it) and cleaning is done well. You will not succeed with a 'nice carpet '. On arrival somewhat surprised by the € 20 cash deposit or your ID (yes bye) for the parking ticket to park for free nearby. The note of 20 is kept in a separate safe and we received it back afterwards. And that was also allowed a few hours after check-out, so that we could continue to park and enjoy the sea and the beach one more time. Check out standard nice and late at 11am. Then you can do a lot in the morning and you don 't have to rush. Handy: 2x USB port and 2x socket near the bedside lamp, on both sides of the bed. Less convenient: three devices for two sockets on the desk. Super again: Nespresso machine with 4 (free) cups per day. Delicious. Small problem that we only reported on the second to last day, so they couldn 't fix it so quickly; a shower with only a position between 'pretty hot ' and 'I 'm burning alive ', so it was just doable but no fun. Balcony is nothing, there is a chair over the full width and an ashtray that we stayed far away from. Breakfast buffet simple but adequate and good quality. And you can grab your own latte and cappuccino from the bean machine. But then you miss a little bit of the friendly 'good morning ' upon receipt. All in all, quite satisfied with the hotel, which could use a lick of paint in the room.

Overnight after a party in a beach bar. The room was spacious but on the shabby side with dents on walls and doors. Showering in the bath also remains a difficult thing for me with getting in and out. Very hot in the room. Breakfast fine. Location right on the beach beautiful, but on the narrow terrace we caught a lot of wind. Service very nice! Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Wat een totaal misleidende website. Reclame maken met 89 euro per nacht, maar als je boekt, springt de prijs voor 2 nachten naar 435 euro. Top marketing team daar. Ga zo door. Ik hoop dat iedereen dat hotel vermijdt. Service: 1 Locatie: 5
