I went with a bunch of colleagues and they served us with salads. The loin was hard and tasteless. Mal, since it's one of Temuco's expensive premises. But on other occasions food has been good. The attention of your staff is very good.
The meat was rich and the polenta without much difference. The rich fish, but the pope noticed it was a bag. We found it expensive for what they serve and different.
The character they have at the door should be changed by a person of better education, urbanity, manners and treatment. The clientele simply goes to another place.... .
The criollo roast takes it, it's calf rib, roasted on a slow fire, for about 5 hours!
