Pho Fresh Alley Boba Tea - Tempe

I ordered 2 drinks even tipped 25 percent on them I walked outside tasted my drink came back asked them if I can exchange ONE drink cus it was nothing like the description and they said no there no exchange on to go I don’t know how you consider a drink automatically too go?? But they would only give me half off on a new drink and then took my old drink back even paying for the new drink makes no sense. The guy was friendly at first seem like he was gonna exchange then the lady said it was against the policy makes no sense. The amount I paid on the tip could’ve bought me the new drink. It’s dad figure it could’ve been replace to make the customer happy but apparently not and seemed like a problem to them.Update they can respond to my review but I cannot respond to theres IN FACT I DID NOT DRINK THE HALF THE DRINK GET YOUR facts straight whoever running your google response team. You assume and sound just as rude as the cashiers handled the situation. Try harder and do betterFunny thing Outside I joked I should’ve drank half of it since I did still pay for half of the other drink. But that did not happen and you know that review your footage

For a late night Pho, this is a very good place to eat Vietnamese food.Beef pho and shrimp rolls were good. Peanut sauce is ok. Serving size is good. Parking is free. Boba milk tea is the best.

Y’all do not get the boba here it is not made well!! The tea tasted fine but the boba texture is all wrong. The pho is alright, not the best but not the worst, good enough for a late night dinner.

Rice is… bad..Pho is.. decent(except for chicken inside was bad)The only reason for the second star is that they’re open till 12AM.Will not come back.

Had the Beef Pho and egg rolls. The Pho was ok, had a kinda sweet taste I wasn't expecting. It was definitely missing the deep flavor I'm accustomed to with Pho. The egg rolls we ok, again had a sweet taste to them. Great service and real nice looking restaurant. Price was a little high too about 15% higher than what I would expect.
