Outback Steakhouse Tempe

We were dinner on Saturday night. we were not disappointed! maxwell and that was great. the ribs were actually “miss” delicious. our server, maxwell, was attentive, but not annoying as some server are. we felt that he actually enjoyed working at outback and liked to serve us. we left him a generous tipp and he deserved it.

So we tried to place an order in Augusta, Georgia at Outback not once, but twice and with no luck, the staff there were incapable of taking a phone order. Maybe it was just a Georgia thing so back in Arizona, we placed an online order for curbside pick up. Perhaps the Georgia team was trying to warn us! My friend and I both had the new Strawberry salad, but what happened to the strawberries (see my photo)??!! The lettuce in my photo looks much better than it tasted...it was a wilted blend of iceberg lettuce, Romaine and arugula. It was such a disappointment! But I do have to say the candied pecans were delicious but there were just tiny pieces. Another friend ordered the sirloin and coconut shrimp, said his steak was good after adding his own barbecue sauce. Another friend ordered the Kingsland Steak and Shrimp which had fettuccine noodles and was supposed to be tossed in bold Alfredo sauce...seems they may have forgotten the sauce because it was supper dry. We also ordered Sydney shrooms, a bloomin' onion and steakhouse Mac and cheese bites. They were all okay. The service was terrible...and yes, we got take out! I realize I am a a vegetarian eating at a steakhouse, but my 3 other friends are not vegetarians and agreed this place is not worth coming back. In my opinion, I will spend my money elsewhere and would not recommend this place.

I ordered an online order and made some customizations. When I got home, some of the order was missing and some of my items were wrong. I came back to the location, not only did they replace my missing items but the manager came and gave me a gift card to come back. The food was quality and their customer service was even better!! Definitely recommend this location.

Ryan and tristan were great, service was great. the food was too salty for our lust and our blooming wobble was burned. the lobster and garnel were quite good and our steaks were well cooked. the reason for the three stars was because the service was so great. child-friendly: our child was happy screaming and no one even turned their heads. I love when I can go to a restaurant with my small child and people understand that small children are loud. parking: many comfortable parking spaces.

Great service. had a business meeting and the server did a great task to check us, but not too often while we talked. the booming burger was perfectly boiled and the sauce comes with really making the burger. good place for lunch.
