Hungry Howie's Pizza - Tempe

I ordered a meal off of here through door dash and had a special request hoping it would be seen in advance. Calling the restaurant to ensure the order was completed correctly they informed me that it had not been. Due to allergies I would have to order elsewhere from the remaining of my party but before I could finish speaking I was hung up on by the employee who answered the phone. At this point I was pissed because I wanted to say thank you and have a great night but to receive this kind of customer service is extremely upsetting. Especially when they told me I could file for a cancellation through door dash right before being hung up on. If this is how they are going to represent themselves I will go elsewhere. No customer should have to experience that type of treatment regardless of the situation.

I've gone there just to get cheated out of marrina and ranch I got sent to central virginia friday now Sunday my order was all missing then I called the number just get an excuse as to there incompetent work ability to get such a simple order correct corporate office needs to get on the ball . But like everything else it won't catch an ear...I will never buy from any of these stores ...ever it was horrible cold pizza to top of an undisirable experience they only got the Star because google reviews won't let me post unless you hit the Star button

The pizza is not even so good and it is overpriced. the extradition drivers are terrible and refuse to come to my door and also forget. in addition, it takes an hour plus to come to them. Pizzeria Square

Bad customer service. I ordered a veggie pizza with extra topping (black olive and green paprika), for which she charged me and got a pizza without toppings. later I realized that I didn't get any real pizza. I took the pictures and I'll call the load. one of the desk horns asked me to send the picture, I sent it to him where there were no surcharges I ordered as extra. the layer manager took the call and gave me the blame that I didn't check in the load. I was completely disappointed by his answer and felt so bad. I didn't ask for a full refund, I just wanted the extra amount I paid for extra toppings. customer service sucks at this location.

How do I pay money at my door. like the old days when they have delivered pizza in their house. if I look, can't I order the 32 pieces carter wing? I just want to order online and pay at the door.
