El Jefe Tacos Sushi Tempe

They have the best queso! It's odd and amazing that you can get Sushi and Mexican food at the same restaurant.

I've had the SushiBreakfast burritos Stake and shrimp burritos Amongst other things and it was all out of this world.

Being the s for nachos that I am I looked up this place since I'm in az for training and since it had 4 starts I said why not. What a complete disappointment.Soon as I walked in the guy looked at me like he was ready to go home, I even joked about it and just got got a blank stare in the face. Ordered the chicken nachos and lemonade. Before the food came out I said to myself this are going to be fair nachos with some spread out nacho cheese for chips and diced tomatoes and ohhh la la I scored because it exactly that. Cold chicken in some sides of the plate, soggy chips with the nacho cheese and diced tomatoes that looked like they had been cut last week. The lemonade was so sweet I had toPour more water to make it drinkable. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

Timw to fill up these seats, guys! This place has a sushi master in the house!!! This place was very good. We definitely came back!The second time we had El Jefe again and the Phoenix Roll??We had the El Jefe sushi and the Birria tacos.My husband doesn't even like Mexican food, but he left wanting to come back. I would say one of the best Horchatas in town.

I ordered 1 pork taco, a steak taco, and a split decision burrito. Food is amazing! No complaints, but they forgot my chips and queso with my order.
